Samdryk
Samdryk is a Wisconsin born and raised artist, currently based in Amsterdam. Writing music and lyrics that are honest and relatable is the idea behind all of his songs. He is mainly influenced by the city, nature, and most importantly past and present experiences with the goal to inspire his listeners and make them feel truly connected to his lyrics. Much of his music tends to focus on the little things in life that are often overlooked using raw sounds and unique melodies. Samdryk has a true passion for acoustic music and is thankful to be able to share a little bit of his creativity with others.

No longer than about three minutes per song. That is the time limit imposed by these Dutch top jazz musicians themselves. So ... no evening with endless and endless guitar solo and drum solos. A large amount of beautiful jazz miniatures.
The result of this fresh restriction is very surprising. Beautiful jazz songs, which come directly to the core through this extraordinary approach, are performed in a special line-up of drums, hammond and guitar. Compositions by, among others, Neil Young and Deep Purple are combined with own work.
A new concept and a fresh wind! After every three minutes there is something new to experience.

LEAVING TRACES
We are pleased to announce this inspiring collaboration between Sietske Roscam Abbing (vocals) and Dirk Balthaus (piano). Their collective background in jazz and shared passion for the art of the song resulted in Leaving Traces.
Every meeting leaves its mark on you and the other. These traces can be meaningful, we can attach ourselves to them ... or not.
This is the theme of their latest album Leaving Traces. The music is on the cutting edge of modern jazz and singer-songwriter, in which the melodies weave through a colorful harmony, as guidelines for narrative texts.
On this evening they will also play highlights from their first album, and in addition to their own songs, they will perform their favorite songs from the jazz and singer-songwriter repertoire, from Stevie Wonder to Joni Mitchell.

SIETSKE ROSCAM ABBING & DAAN HERWEG
A jazzy evening with Sietske Roscam Abbing (vocals) and Daan Herweg (piano).
"Sietske is a musical storyteller, her smooth
singing technique
a pleasant timbre forms the chosen vehicle
with which they
leave an indelible impression on the listener". - Rakendra
Smit, Ntb Muziekwereld.
Sietske Roscam Abbing (1985) studied a period in Philadelphia during her master studies singing jazz at the conservatory of Amsterdam, where she immersed herself in tradition and also tasted soul and hip-hop influences. After her studies, music brought her to India, where she taught as an artist in residence at one of India's leading music courses in Bombay. Last fall she released her second album under her own name, titled "Leaving Traces". The roots of jazz with modern grooves and singer-songwriter influences form the basis of her musical projects.

His music reflects a feeling and is nonetheless clearly framed by ratio. Daan Herweg’s songs are sensual, they have a nice mood and possess an intelligent form that molds ideas into a composition. His piano playing is energetic, tuneful and focused, with occasional angular elements, which can suddenly turn into flowing figures.
